Check in is a little lengthy with quite a line every time…it’s a busy industry I do realize however the poor employees are double tasking while answering phones, as customers are waiting in-line…4-5 people deep each time I was in due to an insurance claim. More help is needed as in most businesses I do realize but it can get a bit frustrating. Nice employees…
Great service and the front desk folks were super friendly. They made sure that everything is good to go before and after the car rental. They made sure to have a great customer experience. Would definitely recommend this place for the car rental
Tyler Scott, the man with two first names, did an excellent job helping me out with my first time renting a car. He did the car inspection and ran through all what he needed to say. I was pretty satisfied with how he handled himself and what he did. 10/10 for real.
This is my second visit to this location as a result of having body work done on my car. Part of bill was to be covered by my ins company who had called enterprise authorizing the payment. Upon initial meeting they said they never got authorization and I was billed for the total charge including $15/day for an extra driver, our son. If they would have told me that up front, I would have had him rent it and saved $105 for the week. Upon dropping off the car, they acknowledged receiving the ins company author, but could not get a hold of me when they called. I had no missed calls which I shared with them with no response. I had to go back to in’s company and have them send me a check directly. After writing this I think two stars is too high and I am changing it to one star

Dan at Enterprise on 111 & Dodge in Omaha was extremely helpful and friendly. The service was fast and there were no issues with my car. I always use Enterprise when I go to Omaha. They are the best.

I personally did not have a good experience with them. I had to pay a 50 dollar fee at rental time. Which I was suppose to get back when I returned the car. I guess i didn't get it back because of accident.. My insurance picked them for my rental car. At the end of 2021 I had gotten into an accident and had to get my car fixed. Someone rear ended me in the rental. They tried to make me pay for it even after the responsible party claimed responsibility. The staff that I talked to when renting the car and after informing her about the rental was not working at that location when I called back with questions and then neither was the second guy. I guess they get moved around
